Graduate Software Engineer
The opportunity
The Zeus Development team is renowned for being made up of innovative, creative and highly skilled developers. The team plays a central role in the company and is responsible for researching, developing and maintaining Zeus’ award-winning world class software products.
As the next member of the Zeus Development Team, you’ll be working with exceptionally talented people, getting involved in projects right from the start, working on all aspects of the development lifecycle, creating high performance, secure, robust software of the highest quality. The software you write will be used world-wide to handle billions of web transactions each day on some of the world’s busiest websites.

Key skills/experience
- Good degree in Computer Science or similar discipline
- Experience with C, C++ and Perl
- Experience with developing software in a UNIX environment (Linux, Solaris, etc)
- Excellent understanding of software engineering techniques
- Knowledge of Internet technologies
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be commercially aware
- Experience of managing networks, with a view to security
- Experience of working within a structured software engineering environment
- Experience of creating simple, intuitive GUIs
- Engaging personality, with the ability to fit into the Development Team
- Strong desire to learn and develop your knowledge and skills
