3000 Appliance

The ZXTM 3000 Appliance is a compact 1U appliance based on the Sun Fire X2200 M2 server.  It has a dual-core 64-bit processor, 2Gb memory and 4 1Gbit NICs.

Traffic Management Appliance

8000 Appliance

The ZXTM 8000 Appliance is based on the 1U, energy-efficient Sun Fire X4100 M2 server.  It has two dual-core 64-bit processors, 4Gb memory (32Gb optional) and 8 1Gbit NICs.

The ZXTM 8000 includes redundant disks and power supplies.

ZXTM 3000 and 8000 appliances are backed by Sun Microsystem's 4-Hour or Next Business Day hardware support, depending on support contract.

Alternative Platforms

ZXTM Software can be installed on any supported Linux, Solaris or FreeBSD server.

The ZXTM Virtual Appliance is a certified virtual appliance for VMware Virtual Infrastructure 3, and is also available for Windows Virtual Server 2005 R2. It contains the ZXTM or ZXTM LB software, and the Zeus Operating Environment for easy installation and configuration.
